Hey all you mopes....

V was a terrible team period, we cannot settle for squeezing by.

We have (3) loses on the horizon with this type of play.

I would drop us in the polls if I voted at least 3-5 spots.

Coastal Carolina glad we didn’t play them last night , a lucky to be there team like CC would have beaten us .

Think of a top 25 team we can beat right now.

When the big bully of the playground wins a narrow fight against the smallest guy a win isn’t a win. No ones afraid anymore, intimidation is gone and it’s a sign he’ll get bodied by someone his own size. The bully leaves that fight scared as ****. A win is not always a win

Totally agree. Look at the conference wins 3 win Pitt, 2 win Fla st & Louisville, 1 win Virginia. Not exactly quality. Why has Clemson won 38 regular season games in a row? Playing in the ACC sure doesnt hurt.

I swear we got a bunch of complaining *** fans...90% of y’all never played or coach football in your life bt always got something to cry bout...yeah we didn’t dominate them like we pose to bt we won...that’s an improvement in it self.... we usually lose games like this in the past....Everybody think we jus pose to be like Bama n Clemson over night.... they built up to that status...Ain’t nothing wrong with constructive criticism bt some of these people on here act they look for **** to complain bout even in a win...some of y’all sound like y’all got a period....

Well you of all ppl should knw that football ain’t goi always go like you want too...2001 team struggled against BC and Vt dat year.... everything ain’t goi be pretty and perfect...we doing something we wasn’t doing last year and that’s winning the games we pose 2 win no matter how it look

So after watching 3 hours of God awful football by the Canes, only winning because the team they beat was even worse, we all suppose to be happy about it just because by the grace of God and pure luck somebody had to win and it was us? Jesus H, you see Virginia’s last TD? How can you compartmentalize that and ignore it?

Yep but 122 yards is better than 20. And we were able to run when it counted to preserve win in 3rd and 4th quarter. If not for blades daydreaming about the big BBQ on Sunday and lash running plays with 25 seconds on the play clock, we would have had a relatively easy win.
 
It’s simple. WE ARE NOT THAT TEAM. Let it sink in fellas. Don’t know what you were expecting this year, but to think we have the talent and coaching to play elite ball week in and week out is delusional. Stop being delusional.

Our OL is average; still way too soft. When we play a team like UVA whose strength is their DL, we will be exploited.

Our LBs are average at best. When we play well coached teams like UVA who know how to take advantage of the intermediate area, we will get exploited.

Our CBs are average. When we face a well coached team with a precise passing game, we get torched.

WE ARE A TOP 15 TEAM AT BEST SO JUST ACCEPT IT.

Sadly, we are a huge improvement over last year. Not even close because we lose this game last year. But make no mistake about it, this is not our big leap year! Maybe next year with the growth of the ‘19 guys and we hold onto a strong ‘20 class who can help immediately then we can expect to dominate the lesser teams. That and upgrade our coaching staff.

But for now, adjust your expectations and appreciate the small improvement. Just get the **** Ws any way we can.

So wat!!!! We won!!! U see how many rank teams losing to unrank teams.. y’all can’t jus be happy wit came out with the win...we use to loose the games

Im seeing a bunch of slacking and no reaction to watch the other teams are throwing at them. I'll revisit this once the season is over. But for me it started tonight.

Because how we play is important. The only reason football exists is entertainment value. You enjoy watching a 3 hour **** show, all to get a W, that doesn’t really matter as we aren’t good enough to even make a game out of any team we play at the end? I just don’t get you guys that only care about final win/loss record? Maybe you don’t actually watch the gameplay.
 
In 2001 we had a pretty good bunch of players, they almost lost to BC. Let that sink in...
