Wow. I just read Manny's interview with Blake. He said no signs of any kind are allowed in the BUC.

The man flat out lied. Everytime I've been to a bball game there are several signs in the crowd.

UM not only permitted signs, but they made an announcement at one of the basketball games stating the size of the signs that were permissible.

On top of that, wasn't young peacenik Herrera's most recent "sign" about the size of his hands? Whose view was he blocking with a note the size of his hands?

Lazy fcking fake journalists never bother following up on anything. They just let these UM phonies give unchallenged monologs.
 
Yeah, that article was complete BS. They actually give out signs in the student section for some games. How do you think so many people have those big *** signs of player faces? Usually they hand like 5 out at the beginning of the year.
That is the biggest BS response ever. No signs allowed at SunLife either? are you ******* kidding? An unborn fetus knows that's a ******* lie.
 
Unfortunately, the lazy *** fake media will just allow these pieces of **** at UM to lie to their faces and not call them out.

Manny should be embarrassed and angry that this Fake idiot just flat out lied to him and used Manny as a tool to disseminate UM's propaganda.

Yep. I can be disturbed while taking a con law exam, and Shalala thinks we have no right to be annoyed (as per her email to the students), yet Willy cannot peacefully protest at a loud basketball game.
 
After Manny's article in the Herald today, I tweeted at him and Flake, pics of UM students at b-ball games holding signs that, obviously, weren't confiscated, asking him to ask Flake if those signs were taken away.

By the way everyone, the buzz is growing. After the first article that came out, there was a chain email sent out amongst administration. I can only imagine it will grow today. I am getting a bit nervous out here. Dr. Whitely has sent both articles to my President without any words. I don't know what that means but hey, Tom Petty told me "don't back down".

She has been supportive. Alumni have contacted her to complain about my "antics" and she has defended me. I keep her in the loop. We have our group chat and talk about it. She isn't going to say anything but her and I talk and she is supportive. She tells me I haven't broken any rules. She knows I didn't go seek the media; they asked me about the situation and I was honest.

Good on you and your president. Keep it up Will, you're doing nothing wrong and they have no reason to censor you like this. This administration dissapoints me more and more by the minute
 
I think rather than a banner, we should raise money to have "Fire Golden" t-shirts made and hand them out to everyone attending one of our bigger bball games. Maybe even have the cost subsidized by a sponsor (Rakontur?). A nice black tee with white lettering. Lets see how UM admin reacts then...an entire student section with black "Fire Golden" tees would be beautiful
