Money used for athletic programs is mainly made up of donations buddy

Great for Maryland. He is not ready for Miami.
Saying Herman only has five games under his belt is stupid. Howard was an OC before he got here too. Hermans resume is loaded

Rice Edit
In 2007, Herman then followed head coach David Bailiff from Texas State to form the new coaching staff at Rice. With a reputation for engineering high-powered offensive attacks, Herman’s offense smashed nearly 40 offensive records during his first season as offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach for the Owls.[citation needed]

Rice ranked in the Top 10 nationally in 2008 in passing offense (5th; 327.8), scoring offense (T8th; 41.6) and total offense (10th; 472.3). Two Rice receivers had more than 1,300 yards receiving that year, tight end James Casey had 111 catches and quarterback Chase Clement was the Conference USA MVP.[2][3]

Iowa State Edit
After building of one of the nation’s most prolific offenses at Rice, Herman joined the Iowa State as offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach.[1][4] Herman installed his system and brought new life into the offense.[citation needed]

During his three seasons at Iowa State, the offense improved considerably and broke numerous team and player school records.[citation needed] Iowa State's 52 points in a win over Texas Tech marked the most points put up by the Cyclones against a conference opponent in 38 years. Iowa State quarterback Austen Arnaud ended his career as the Cyclones No. 2 all-time leading passer with 6,777 yards and 42 touchdown passes. His 8,044 yards of total offense is the second-best total in school history. Running back Alexander Robinson finished his Iowa State career as the Cyclones' fourth all-time leading rusher with 3,309 yards.[5]

Ohio State Edit
On December 9, 2011, Urban Meyer selected Herman as his offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach for the Buckeyes.[6] On December 9, 2014, after leading Ohio State's fourth ranked offense while playing two backup quarterbacks, Herman was awarded the Broyles Award, given annually to the nation's top assistant coach.[

every day that Grohlden is employed here does more damage to the program. I cant understand how the people in charge at UM dont get this

UM has no true leadership and vision. **** us. I am thinking more and more that Miami just doesn't care.

Miami is turning into a Ivy League school...

No, Shalatards hallucinating *** aside, we are not even in the realm of Ivy league. We are just another decent Private University amongst dozens of ho-hum private Universities across the country. Our football program made us more popular. That and our location.

***** that long *** dissertation! RS is greatest "DC" in UM History, but he wasn't ready to be UM's Head Coach.

Herman has coached 5 games As A Head Coach at Houston, and HE IS NOT READY to be UM's Head Coach.

Herman doesn't even have a signature win at Houston. Give the guy time!

He aint ready yet all these other schools want him lmao, he will be number one one multiple BCS level coaching vacancies, we have offered major money in the past, to me i dont think its us being cheap its more of us just making the wrong hire, we need to win now and herman will do that

The great thing is Herman won't be taking a job until after the season so you'll have plenty of time to observe him. 11 wins and you have to take him.

I think Herman is the best choice, yes better than Butch. Look at the Buckeyes without him. Not only is he winning as a head coach, but he appears to only be making 1.35 million. Hopefully he is still available when we fire Doofus. Of the candidates we could realistically hire, him and Butch seem to two best by far.

Last I checked, OSU is undefeated.

Herman has wins over: Tennessee Tech, Louisville, Texas State, Tulsa and SMU!

Oh My....I'M ON THE EDGE OF MY SEAT
