They wouldn't mop the floor with us. We might beat then 6 out of 10 but that's the point. We're in par with a decent (for G5) Sun Belt team.

I see what you're getting at but you're being obtuse. Based on what you've seen of this team through 3 games do you think we're in a class above the top Sun Belt teams?

Your “this team did this so we would do that” theory can be debunked across college football 20 times every single weekend. It’s not being obtuse when pointing that out.

Each game has countless different variables which affect the outcome.

I'm not going to get into the silliness stuff here. You don't need to one up reality to prove YOU really think we suck right now. I get it. We beat App St who just beat Marshall so to say Marshall would "wipe the floor with us" or bringing up a game from 2019 is stupid. And besides the point. We can acknowledge we're on a similar level with 8/9 win Sun Belt teams and trust me that's enough to say things suck and we need a new coach. Dumb hyperbole really isn't necessary.

Before I say this I want you to know "I want Manny gone yesterday as much as anyone" He's unprepared and in over his head!!!

But it amuses me when people make up sht to make what they say sound better.


2018 UM 31 - FIU 17 This is what you call mopping the floor with someone. We had Lingard our 4th string RB playing in the 3rd quarter.

2019 UM 24 - FIU 30 This is hardly FIU mopping the floor with us considering they had their starters in the whole game.

The Butch boys like to celebrate it as an utter mopping. That fake cramp **** was a disgrace and the fact that we were in a game with them, let alone lost to them, was a disgrace.

We were punching above our weight with App State. They graciously allowed us to win by throwing away several scoring opportunities.

The TRUE BAROMETER is Central Connecticut High School today. We have shown that we would barely survive in the Sun Belt conference.

The only thing left now is to determine if we're better than 4A CCHS..... OR should we drop down further
