If Alabama gets pounded next weekend, they have to be viewed as a three loss team with one of those losses being arguably one of the worst losses sustained by any CFP contender (FSU).

The SECCG should be a required play in game for them, in terms of them needing to win.
 
Interesting to note as well is that Georgia and TTU have first round buys potentially riding on their winning of the CG. They can't fully phone it in. While a loss won't knock them out, it can move them 1-2 spots

It doesn't matter. The bowl system was better than this ****. I wouldn't play another down of football this year if I a was Miami. I would ***** the ACC and NCAA in no getting revenue sharing dollar for anything by not going to the bowl.

If our AD had any balls at all, that would be his first play. His second play is to notify everyone we will not be showing up to the game with Notre Dame next year. They can have the ACC sue us. They can have the NCAA sue us, they can have Notre Dame sue us. They could park the fuggin cameras looking at an empty **** field.

It would be a cold day in **** before they see a Miami Team again till game 1 of next year.

In addition, the ACC patches on every fuggin uniform with a U one it would be gone from tomorrow on.

Let a **** ton of asterisks show up for the CFP next year.

Miami just beat one of your ranked (at the time) top 25 teams by 30 on the road… didn’t even move a spot. BYU hasn’t played anyone and still sits at 11

Problem is, if Bama loses they could move to 10 with 3 losses and losing to a common opponent and that moves ND to 9 and us still out.

So to preserve ND and Bama they would ignore our H2H with ND and ignore our common FSU opponent even with Bama having 3 losses.

I don’t see how the Bama/GA game matters in all this. Never was the loser of this game going to be out of a CFP spot. Some are saying this is to protect Bama if they lose. Lol they were in regardless gtfo of here.

You could say they did this to leave the BYU/TTU game as the deciding factor between us and ND. They left us at 12. They could have been ******** and put Texas or Vandy over us if they really wanted to completely shut the door. They didn’t. They actually moved Texas ahead of Vandy because of their H2H matchup ironically enough. Maybe they’re just ******* with us at this point
