Here is some info on Dan Enos

We always score enough to win if our lazy defense would keep shutting out opponents.
Our defense sucks this year too. I’m just sick of this lame **** about how one facet of the team was good enough to win. I’m done with that dumb ****.

So it's not rational to expect our defense to shut out opponents to compensate for a bad offense AND also not rational to expect our offense to score a ridiculous number of points to compensate for a bad defense?

I must admit it would be nice to not suck in all facets of the game at the same time.

@WhatTheHell astutely pointed this out months ago and was criticized by many/most.

No ******* **** Enos is garbage.

The guy is a career journeyman who's bad at his job and runs a boring offense.

All this info was out there. Any logical person could've seen the numbers and understood he was a garbage OC.

Instead the homers placed their hopes on the rumors of another coach wanting him and one season using some nerdy advanced statistic that factors in moon cycles to try and prove he wasn't a complete failure once in his career.

The guy has stunk and still ******* stinks.

Exactly. All that talk about attacking all parts of the field, and defenses having a hard time defending it made no sense, because teams WERE able to stop him more often than not.

Diaz hired him for the same **** reason Randy Shannon hired Pat Nix. Because HE had a hard time defending it. That's ego. A better hire is someone others have a hard time stopping. Believing if he gives YOU trouble, he must be special, is flat out egomaniacal.

You have to explain it because it’s nonsense. We had the previous 56 minutes of game time to score more points so it didn’t come down to the end against **** *** UNC. It’s unfortunately not a 56 minute game so we didn’t score enough to win.

Now tell me how they almost beat Clemson like a ****** team does every single year.

Yeah , I know, this and that, **** *** team and monsta team. You can carry that stupid logic to absurd extremes. If we lost 53-50 at the end of the game, somewhere in the previous 54 minutes, undoubtedly there was a lost opportunity and we didn't score enough points.

Bottom line, we had a 4 point lead with less than 4 minutes to go. UNC marched the length of the field, converted a 4 and 17, and got the win. Yet it's Jarren's fault. :youre-nuts:

Craziest part is Harrell is doing it with the 2nd and 3rd team QBs.

People keep saying this without knowing context.

A usc alumni/former player and announcer said BEFORE the season the 2nd team and 3rd team qbs were better than the starter. He also advised he only thought the guy was the starter because of recruiting promises and he expected their season to be sh*t with that guy starting because the other 2 was that much better.
