Herbie still doubting us

He's seen us play down to and lose to bad opponents in previous seasons. He's also been on record saying the same things when Golden and Shannon were coach. "The Canes need to win games they SHOULD win."

Man for all you dudes that claim to not give a **** what ppl think and all that demanding respect ish, y’all whine as much as teenage girls. Every other hour somebody is crying about what so and so said about us
 
What do you expect him to say? He is employed by ESPN to hype up games to draw viewership

If the nation thinks we might be on upset alert people are gonna wanna tune into a snoozefest noon game with UVA

Or noon start on blackfriday against Pitt

And they are hyping the **** out of our UVA game. Saw like a dozen commercials today. Maybe just me but I rarely see them hyping a noon kickoff like that.

What with this obsession of what he or any other commentator say? Unless this person is Paul F****** or whatever his name is who love to say he hates Miami, we really should not care what sports media guys say. It's their job to give an opinion. They won't be the ones giving us the trophy.

It's true what he says. We got up for the big games now we have to do what good teams do and get up for the bad ones...
 
CMR basically said the same thing to the team this week. Something to the effect of: "Can you handle success? I don't know. We'll find out."
