Herald reporting that NC game is on

How about somewhere in the middle, in a place called reality?
I think expecting to beat UNC by at least a TD is firmly entrenched in reality. I don’t buy into weird outlandish stuff like expecting to destroy New England.

I haven’t seen any credible guys in here having outlandish expectations for this team. It’s mostly been win 10, win the Coastal, and put up a good fight with Clemson.

At some point this program is going to have to turn the corner. Clemson used to lose to South Carolina regularly and struggle with all the ACC teams. That stopped, and they’re a national power.

If we are ever going to turn the corner as a program we need to start whipping ****** teams like this. It’s gotta start somewhere sometime, or you’re just resigned to being a 3rd place Coastal team that wins the Coastal once every 5 years.
Agreed especially to freaking basketball schools. You think Duke and UNC talk like this when they play UM in basketball?

We are back when these games we are hoping players like E. Njoku get a full quarter worth of work at TE.

Live here in Charlotte weather guy today said places like Raleigh are supposed to get around 3 to 6 inches of rain and less then 20 mph winds. If they cancel the game It’s total bs and not cause I’m going either.

The track has it blowing out by friday... its been pretty dead on thus far so I trust it.

The only Hurricanes wreaking havoc on Chapel Hill come Saturday will be wearing rings and chains... they wont tear down your house - but they will be stealing your soul!

spoke to dorian, he says nah fam

We could be playing the New England Patriots with a younger more mobile Tom Brady and that sour-puss Belichick who'd been gameplanning off spy-films of our pre-game practices, and people on here would say "We Roll"
And we could be playing Liberty with a one legged QB and Fozzy Bear as HC and people on here would say "but that D they got tho"

Just wish the ACC NETWORK was not run by idiots and make a deal already. Prime time game but no one can watch how stupid

I'm sick of everyone crying about the ACC network. There's plenty of ways to watch this game. Just do research. Try Reddit for example, you can watch whatever sporting event you want on there.

I'm lucky I have Directv but if I didn't, i'd find a way.

im w this. i do think it is BS that the ACC and ESPN couldn't figure this out considering they knew of the launch for years. i dont even think the SECN had this many issues during their roll out, but maybe misremembering. concerning this year (bc were pretty sure that the ACCN will be in all households by next year), we only have 2 games on the network with one of them being a home game against bethune. canes fans barely attend or even watch the bethune/Sav st/FAMU game anyways, so crying bout this one isnt a big deal for the greater population. the UNC game is annoying, but you can do a 2 week trial to get both games since theyre back to back weeks and cancel (if youre going to be away from a tv or computer). if you are by a computer, reddit streams will get you connected and just airplay it to your tv.

side note: i know games can be moved to the network later in the year and if that happens, the season prolly isnt going all that well if theyre moving it off the main networks.

It's supposed to be beautiful in the triangle on Saturday. 86/63 and sunny. They have astroturf so no playing surface issues.

Good, glad Dorian will finally be off our **** coast and moving away from the east coast by then. I don’t want UNC to have any excuses after we take their women and blow up their stadium.

Man I’m all for winning by 50 plus but blowing up their stadium is a bit heavy. Take their women but leave the stadium. Maybe **** and **** on it then leave.

the latest euro model has dorian over in that area on friday. if they say its on, its on, but i dont see it happening if the track continues.

Three years ago hurricane Matthew hit the Carolina coast, killing 25 people. UNC, Duke and NC State all played home games that day. The ACC will not postpone games this weekend.
