How do you know thats their approach. They may have offered right away and the guy just wanted to stay out west.

They may be a bit more cautious this year after the Tommy Kennedy flameout.

Plus, as hard as this may be to believe, maybe Hattis didn't want to come here.

Very True ! But for love a Christmas and all the chunky ladies, how could UM slow play grad transfer Devin Cochran who would have been a slam dunk pick up at LT. That's some straight up bull crap.

Don't think Bradley is that good. Agree that more options will pop up post spring, though.

There are a lot of possible scenarios here that I don't think anyone on here has insight into:

- Maybe they are waiting to see what happens with signing day (if the dude is interested in coming he will wait a few days)
- Maybe they are waiting to see who else comes available after spring
- Maybe Cochran is not interested in us
- Maybe Cochran is taking his time to see what other options there are (maybe some other program offered him contingent on how their signing day goes)
- Maybe there is someone else that we don't know about yet

It's probably a combination of more than one of those things (and probably others I can't think of).

Ha - my bad, but my point still stands on at least some of those items. Maybe it will come back to bite them, but we for all we know Cochran wasn't really interested in us. He is from GA so maybe he wanted to be closer to home.

Open competition only really works when the winner can actually do the job, as opposed to simply being the last guy standing.
