Help settle an argument

Im on a college football thread on FB and simply said that if every Florida team had to play each other right now, Miami would be favored in every matchup on a neutral field.....no, this is not a keep Manny argument, esp when you factor in being the best team in the state really isnt saying much...so, would any team in FL be favored over Miami on a neutral field tomorrow?

It's possible. We were ranked in the pre-season. All our ACC loses were by less than one score.

The only team in Florida with a "better record" is UCF, and it's by 1 game.

So...maybe?
