Heard a rumor we lost an OL- Linder transferring

Still on the roster.

No. He gone

Pete, what is the talent gap between linder (who seemed to under perform) and gaynor (who has alot of hype)?

Where the fvck were you last night at 10:15PM?

Watching GoT and i didnt see this specific question askes in the chat

Well by 10:15 you had already missed that chat and Game of Trannies was already over.

Losing experienced OL, regardless of what the resident experts will say, is a tough blow. We went in with 6 competing for 5 spots and now we are going to have to rely on freshman to contribute as key back ups. It also puts us somewhere around 72 scholarship players for this year. Kids are real pussies these days. I hate my generation

Paper thin on the OL. Agreed on the bold. Entitled bunch of pansies.

That's where keeping a coach too long really hurts a program. In a year where the schedule is extremely favorable, we should be set to do big things, but there are lots of question marks at key positions. It's a shame but one of the problems created by keeping golden too long

People are concerned over losing this guy?

Given this outcome, I am 100% confident that Corey Gaynor would be an upgrade over Linder if called upon.

Linder isn't transferring to some small school where he can start right away. He is finishing his degree and sitting on his *** for an easier spot versus competing to win his back.

Bye Felic'er.

I don't know if that means Darling step it up so far in camp, because basically he was competing against him, cause Searls love Gauthier, so he wasn't going to give up that spot. Maybe the highlight of all this is that Darling is finally starting to play like a 4 star OL. I don't know, just trying to spin this into something positive.

We got absolutely killed this offseason losing players to unnecessary early draft declarations and transfers and the hits just keep on coming. This is ridiculous.

Lmao pull your skirt down.... we haven't lost anybody that matters.

I wonder if it's "afraid to compete" as much as it is "I competed my hardest and I just wasn't as good". Either way, it sucks.... he and Sunny probably would've been our #7 & 8 guys at worst, which is to say that perhaps they wouldn't have played much at all - OR - perhaps they would've become starters if things don't go well on the injury front.

LCE, you are 100% spot on!

For all you Linder sympathizers -- It's not like Richt pushed him off the team. He was going to make the playing rotation. He's just a sour, soft, quitter. He saw that he was going to have to fight his a&& off to earn the starting C spot, and just decided that he didn't have the cajones for the challenge. So he pouts and leaves the team days before the season starts...

A year ago, we were screaming and kicking for a badly needed talent upgrade on the roster. Richt is delivering by bringing in stud Freshman who the staff have carefully assessed and most project to have Day 1 impact. As the purge unfolds and the Golden poodles are scared off by Richt's dogs, the timing won't always be perfect. Better get used to it!

You serious Clark?
A good friend who posts on this site from time to time sent me the text earlier. He's close with inner circles of both the Linders and McDermott's. That's all I know as I'm just relaying the text messsge I got. Hope he stays though.

That would be a huge hit to our OL. Kid provides quality depth at OG and C. If he does transfer, I hope to God he's already graduated because he'd be an idiot to sit out a year.

Linder is dog s h i t.. I hope he transfers to Notre Dame and RJ and Kendrick dog his ***

Think Linder's going to call ND after that performance he had against them?

Did not mean to down vote.. Yes! first call he should make.
