Would it be feasible to swap coaches? Who comes up with this ****? Come the **** on man. Does that really sound like something that can happen? A burger king can't even make worker trades like that.
 
I wanted Butch back everytime they made a coaching change. But i have long since given up on it. Im fine with them seeing the season out.

Here is what i want, a football person in charge of evaluating every aspects of the team, from the coaches to the players, to who we are and should be recruiting, that person making the hires and fires and final say on everything. Let him evaluate Diaz and make decisions. Whethers its Alonzo, Dan Morgan or Chud or someone else, doesnt have to be a miami related person. Just a football person, a dog, a killer who wants to win and knows how to implement and execute a plan.

Not a selling point, just a fact.

He also is probably the best talent evaluator ever, bar none. His team the year before he left should have been in the National Championship Game, but they were screwed over by the BCS.

Their only blemish was in their 1st game that season at Washington, barely losing in the end with a wet behind the ears Ken Dorsey. We beat FSU, and they still put them in the ship against Oklahoma, which we would have destroyed.

We all know what happened against Taint. The greatest theft in College Football history. So that’s 3 titles that his teams realistically should have claimed. If this would have been Baga, do you think that they’re kept out of the title game by the powers that be? Not a chance, and they certainly would not have been cheated out of a title.

No matter what you say, Butch is 10,000 times the talent evaluator, developer and teacher of the game than Danny Miaz could ever hope to be.

The season is circling the drain. What's the worst that could happen? We lose to UNC?

FIU is 1-3 and about to get a train run on them by FAU tomorrow. Then they have Charlotte on a Friday night (10/8). Does the teflon don Pete Garcia have the stones to pull the trigger on Butch if he's 1-5?

Meanwhile, Miami is 2-3 but (thankfully) doesn't have to play a game until 10/16. The smart money is on UM being left beaten and bruised by UNC, and falling to a disgraceful 2-4. If that happens, the noise will be too loud and surely Manny will have to go, right?

These two races to the bottom only end one way, the only question is who gets to the basement first.

You haven't heard the good news yet. Once Blake is fired, Jenn Strawley is almost certain to be promoted to AD.

That'll convince the likes of Urban Meyer to call moving company to get his *** down here right quick!!!

Never assume malice when sheer incompetence and indifference is the more likely suspect.

I'm going to suggest Manny on Monday and Butch the following Monday.

With Blake James going within a month.

The new AD might keep Strawley, but in a capacity exclusive from football.

No. There's a reason Butch is at FIU and not at a larger more prominent school. People need to stop thinking he can recreate what he did 20 years ago again. He's passed his prime at this point.

He sucked as a gamely coach. Maybe only Manny is worse. He was worse than Shannon and Coker in that regard.
