Head to Head with the Big Boys: Notre Dame Edition

The intensity of this ancient rivalry heated up as Miami beat Notre Dame on the field and then kicked Notre Dame out of the final playoff spot in 2026 on its way to a run to the championship game.

Until Mario recent focus on recruiting big uglies in the Mid West, the Canes and Notre Dame haven't had many recruiting clashes as we recruited different areas of the country. However, this has now changed and the recruiting rivalry may soon be as intense as the on field rivalry
