We need to just start targetting who bama recruits thats it, how many guys on our team did they actually like sell out to get? They have the best evals in the country bar none

Exactly. He should be fired as soon as Manny loses to a school he has no business losing to…a school where their highest ranked recruiting class the last five years was like 25.

How bad does the transaction look now even then some of us was criticizing the move…you pay temple $3 million to get someone who has never been a head coach without interviewing anyone else.

It is undisputed now that Manny Diaz can’t win us another championship. Every team he’s faced that has more talent than him (teams like Clemson, bama, and LSU) he gets destroyed…. Not just loses he gets destroyed.

On top of that he is constantly in dogfights with teams with less talent than him.

At best Manny is division champ and gets curb stopped in the acc championship and loses in the bowl game and then off season Manny finds a way to sell us that this group has figured it out…rinse…repeat
 
Until Any name you guys want to throw out there is able to recruit 3 top 5 classes in a row we ain’t making the playoffs.
Im sorry. I just saw a team on another level of speed size and strength. You aren’t out scheming that sht. You ain’t developing some 3 star to battle a bunch of elite players. You aint even making it respectable. Spare me with the ole miss game last year. Bama is gonna *** rape them too.
Could we have done more? Yes but not much. The gap in talent has been too obvious by now.

Not sure when ppl are gonna figure out that it doesn’t really matter who we have coaching. Nick Saban could be our coach and he’s getting blown out by that team. Because that Bama team is run like an NFL franchise. They have the best players, NFL head coaches as coordinators, analysts out the ***, and all the money/support from the school and boosters that they want.

So it’s ok for Miami to lose to FIU types? It’s ok for Miami to hire a coach from a failed staff without interviewing other candidates? Miami is badly run man. Nobody thinks Miami was beating Bama but that game wasn’t competitive and shouldn’t have been scheduled. Getting embarrassed on national tv is old.
 
Blake James will just hire Manny 2.0 with out doing a search.
Prediction, after next season when Manny inevitably shts the bed, and T-rob has moved on to a SEC school after this season. Blake will pay a Million dollar buyout to make him our HC.

Ole Miss is most likely a top 3-4 SEC team and will challenge Bama again in year 2 under Kiffin. As much as some of our fans would like to disagree, the right guy at the top makes a difference. Recruiting at a high level helps but what difference does it make if the staff can't develop or utilize the talent correctly?
 
The program first needs to fire Blake James and show financial commitment by hiring an experienced, well-connected successful AD, or possible assistant AD. Otherwise, the HC candidates list will be the same retreads like Mario, Schiano, or past assistant coaches with no interest like Pagano or Chudzinski.

Exactly D. 6 years in and his team is still undisciplined and unprepared. And the most glaring thing is the position he’s been in charge of the whole six years (linebacker) is the least talented on the team. Freaking group of five talent!
