We get guys like this on our team. Talent and mindset wise.

*305407cane made a great point Jaquon Johnson was built the same way. Team football first. His leadership was missed this season.



Our guys have a highlight tape out before the post game press conference is over. Even after a loss.

Burrow is a coaches kid. Part coaching part parenting. Plenty of players in college football who work hard love the game first over shine who play at trash programs for trash coaches. That being said the right coach will bring out the best in his players. Instill a culture. Not having the sense not to post highlights after a loss is deeper than that though.

Lol you losers really live in a fantasy land. Manny should also take the names off the back, the U off the helmet maybe make them run around military graveyard and have them sing some motivational song together.

bonus get some white walk-on toplay a lot during the season and then get injured. This will motivate the players to win a championship

Definitely agree. The kids we've brought in haven't had that. They've been like the coaches we've had. Not fully dailed in.
