That was was Manny’s answer to why Rousseau didn’t play more early. “His talent is just starting to show out.”What are we asking of our kids in practice and why are we so slow to adjust when we see a kid has “it?” To quote the great one AI “we talkin bout practice.” This kid was a beast the moment he checked in. It was evident. And we are having him in a reserve spot because of a poor camp? I bet Zion is still starting because he had a good camp...

Personnel deployment is our staffs biggest weakens. Does 15 win us one of the games we lost? Idk, but I know for sure he would have put us in a better situation to win

Trait of dumb coaches = playing dudes based solely on how they perform in practice and how fast they can recite the playbook back to you. What's the point of being in the right place and knowing all the calls when you still cant make a play (Patchan and others)

there are multiple kids in the country who are dumber or have worse practice habits than Rousseau. Yet, good coaches find ways to get their best guys in games to make plays. We struggle so bad with this as a staff
