Dam that sucks but not surprising, we knew as soon as the injury happened the chances of something like this happening for a kid coming across the country shoots up exponentially.. These players have it tough with year long injuries as is but a true freshman far from home base can be alot to deal with especially when alot is expected and then put on ice for a year basically.

Hope it works out but could see this coming if not handled a certain way..
 
Returns home could mean a few things. Portals out (even tho there’s no spring portal). Or goes home for a few weeks to deal with some family issue ? The post doesn’t say much
 
When asked about Lowe, Mario has always said “personal”. That tells me it’s not necessarily injury related although Lowe might have struggled being so far away from home and dealing with an injury.
 
Dang wish he stays but rather the young lion have is mental right if its not here.

Always felt like there was more to the story on this one.. and Mario seemed irritated when he would comment on Lowe's status. I hope him and his family are alright! If he's smart and has smart people around him, his only real option is to play at Miami this year like it or not... then bounce if needed.

The biggest issue is that there’s been a massive commitment to this kid over two years. It would really sting, especially at this point in time if there’s no payoff. In the end, I hope this works out and the kid is on board. I think it would be best for both parties if he is. He’s a special talent.

Funny you mention Cole, because I’ve been on record for last 2 years that he’s been here that he has showed nothing besides being able to set the edge and hold the point of attack. Made comments when he moved to TE that we have elevated the room to a point where keeping a roster spot for just that is unnecessary….. seems to me that I was wrong on that one
 
I remember seeing him after the ND game and he looked like he didn’t want to be here. Hope he can’t get out of whatever he’s going through and help the team but it doesn’t look like it’s going to happen.
