haven't seen anything like it ... malachi toney

+4000 for the Heisman. Which is crazy. Dude is the best football player in America
He deserves it… but Mario has been heavy on the philosophy of spreading the ball around and not really making anyone the focal point of the offense.

We’ll have to be intentional with getting him touches even when teams set up to take him away.

Arroyo could have had Mackey Award deserving numbers and Damian Martinez could’ve led the ACC in rushing without disrupting the flow of the offense.

They’re have been too many examples of programs with fire power and multiple weapons but highlighting “their guy”. If we want to consistently land these 5 ⭐️ WRs and RBs we gotta show we’re willing to let them shine and WIN.

THE Malachi Toney, glad this young man is a Cane. I got tired of seeing these type of players from the area go to Bama....etc

GABOS energy has the building super charged. The new freshmen feel it. The vets feel it, it’s a mentality
to be how good he was and how essential he was to making the entire offense go is insane especially as a freshman. the last freshman to have an instant impact and focal point right away was duke imo. if duke had been on a better team, he would be regarded in the same imo.

absolute beast.

Hope he can keep up performing like an all-time great with all of the praise and adoration! It's not easy to handle for anyone, much less an 18/19 year-old.
If anybody can it's him. We heard last year he was in the facilities early mornings even sleeping in there. It's rare to find someone so young that relentlessly driven. He keeps doing what he's been doing and greatness awaits.

if he had cam ward as his QB, my god.

One of my favorite things about Malachi is that for someone so popular, he does very little talking. He speaks with his actions in a time where that's almost unheard of with young people.

I pray he stays grounded. This is a lot to have on someone's shoulders.
We're just seeing this impact. But Toney has been receiving this kind of adoration in S Fla for years already. This young man is built different. Mentally and physically.
The challenge at UM will be whether other players are willing to make the sacrifices he makes to become great.

They do. The upper end zones for games against teams like FAMU are usually filled with optimist league football teams. You’ll see large groups of youth league kids at almost every game
Thanks.I didn't know they did that but good by them to make not only new fans but also when some of these youngsters grow up they will want to play for the Canes.
