Have you ever seen a Football Team drop so many passes?

Yeah, all the guys that decide to come to Miami can't catch and all the ones that got away to Alabama, Clemson, and the SEC just happen to be the ones we missed because they catch everything in sight!! Yeah, right!! Nothing with how they are coached!!
These kids have been catching a football basically since they could walk. They shouldn't have to be coached to catch a **** ball, it should be natural. The offensive coaches we have suck, but you have to hold the kids accountable too. We were lucky the defense played lights out today.

I mean, what're the consequences for dropping balls?

Seems like Cager, Langham, and Wiggins get more burn the more they drop.

I agr
There were some accuracy and timing issues. I don't think Perry is the answer long-term, which is frightening because if the answer gets hurt we're in trouble. Jarren is the dude and we need to find someone in the 19 class who could be the dude as well. Not getting a QB in the class would be a failure, considering how wide-open the QB competition really is.
I agree. Perry doesn't appear to be the answer, especially when you've gotta beccapable of putting 50 on the board now and then to win these days.

They need to feel serious pain for drops. Make em run stadium bleachers w other WRs on their back for each drop. Bet they’d focus more after a few of those.
Yes!!!! We our coaches to go all junction boys on these soft *** guys. Then they have the nerve to complain about playing time. Makes me want to vomit

Was shocking to me at least I am in the Dugan camp as a good coach. Stay tuned I guess

Yes sir. If I did stuff like that, my coaches made it very painful. My coach told about him having to run those bleachers bother DB on his back after getting roasted a few times himself in HS by a guy named Nat Moore. You know it left impression if it got passed on thru the generations.. He’d grab our face masks and drag us thru remainder of punishment gassers after the regular gassers. Of course no water either or you were a puzzy😂😂😂

My 55lb team at K-Land in the 60s had better hands.
Yessir. I played there in 70’s. And if you dropped a ball, you never got another thrown to you. My 55 lbers played half time of Canes game in OB. Slope of field was like a hill at that age.

Good times man. We played halftime at OB as well, but I don't remember what age--i think a little older than 55 lb. That old turf was like needles. Lots of bloody forearms. Miss those days.

We severely overrated the WR's coming into this season. I know we lost AR and now JT but that was a pathetic showing today. It shows how much we miss Brevin and Will for their pass catching ability.
But you would have to be willing to throw in the middle. CMR loves those 30 yard boundary throws for 5 yards.

Miss those days too. A few years back, I Actually ran into the equipment guy who issued pads and helents there. Pretty wild. 55 lb I played on Clinton Ginns team..his dad Hubert was fins RB.

I know this is going to sound crazy... but everyone's hands will look better when they are running routes with confidence in a system they believe in.

Richt system relies on guys creating their own space "beating the man in front of them". We never have guys running wide open and you rarely see breakdowns in coverage because everyone knows what we are trying to do.

It feels like no one is ever in a rhythm and that starts with the play calling. They spend so much energy trying to create space that they constantly seem to be unprepared to make a catch.

*This may be complete horse**** I just can't believe a bunch of highly recruited kids all of a sudden can't catch.
**I actually don't think Harley

I for sure severely overrated the WRs. I would have thought that even without AR and JT, we'd be fine. Clearly that was not the case.

I don't necessarily love our offensive philosophy in general, but I strongly disagree that that has anything to do with a guy dropping a ball that's right in his hands.
