Hate the secrecy around the team

I really don’t think it has anything g to do with a competitive advantage.
Maybe he wants to avoid all the hype and the talk of “we look like and sec team” or “most talented squad we’ve had”

I mean people are already crowning dudes as All Americans without playing one snap.
Last thing this team needs is the rat poison that Saban talked about.

All this for what? lol. You complaining about knowing something we all know??? Lol. Here’s what you need to know. We have a QB… and some RBs, WRs too. TEs and OL. We even have a a bunch guys on defense. And finally, they play Notre Dame on 8/31 at 7pm at the Hard Rock. What else do you need to know that will help you feel settled 😂 😂 . Y’all wild

Grill some more, work on your honey-do list, take nice long drives to the beach, log some pool time, write letters, try some new beers, read a lot....there is so much one can do in the summer months before football begins. We don't need an HBO production of our preseason practices, especially when we will be facing a very good physical squad.
 
To me, the issue is not so much the secrecy but the "info" that does come out and could very well be orchestrated. When, say, a new player is said to be lighting Greentree, is the leak meant to motivate the player ahead of him or around him to work harder. Also, is leaked info meant to boost the ego of a player who is suffering from a lack of confidence? (Doesn't have to be leaked. Didn't Mario, in preseason, call TVD the best -- or one of the best - QBs in the country? Now Mario has been around many, many QBs, some great ones too, so how could he say such a thing?)
It's fun to follow the program and the progress or lack thereof of the players but buyer beware.

In fairness to Mario re: TVD, he looked legit against TA&M and then went full bore retarded.

You are an idiot and there’s a chance you’re a Notre Dame fan because that’s the only person in the world I would think, would want to know more about what kind of schemes were running and all that stuff. No Canes fan would want that stuff put out there and that’s a fact.
