HASKINS AND MURRAY.....

Dwayne Haskins, Drew Lock & Kyler Murray will be very good QB's in the NFL imo.

But the disrespect of Haskins from people who cover the draft is both typical & sad. The kid was historic throwing for 4,831yds 50TD's 8INT's at 70%cmp.

He's a pure pocket passer with a great arm & is as equally as accurate as Baker Mayfield was at Oklahoma.

Imo I'd take Haskins, Lock & Murray over Mayfield, Darnold & Allen from last year's draft.

Drew Lock has special arm talent, in the right offensive system he could have a really bright future in the league.

Meyer QB's outside of Alex Smith have done nothing in the NFL.

were good QBS in college football but not NFL material. I hope they make it to the next level but not impressed with their stature. The Media have to sell a product but the creek has gone dry for this yrs NFL draft . we will see but not excited for the time being. Miami Hurricanes need to recruit real pocket passers like the good old days. I remember when the U was the elite University for pocket passers. Coach Diaz wants to get back on track. good offensive line and a good qb at the helm equals championships. A well balanced offense. Miami needs to focus on the Tight ends, I hate to say it but, the Patriots are the perfect example of that. Sometimes very boring but the results are there.

Yeah, love for them to bring back the Wishbone, or the Syracuse 3yds and a cloud of Dust, reviving the days of Jim Brown, Floyd Little, and Ernie Davis, oh wait he’s dead. Anyway, yea the good OLD DAZE, looking in the rear view mirror.👍

My only knock on Haskins is his inexperience - one year as a starter and leaving as a RS SO. Not many QBs with that kind of resume go on to succeed in the pros. Jmo

Murray w Kliff might be a problem. Those NFC West games bout to be wild.

Was hoping the Fins would scoop him, but he's going #1. Haskins or Lock would be good consolation picks if we dont plan on tanking for Tua.

You are silly if you don't think Kyler Murray is NFL material. If Russel Wilson can do it, so can Kyler who has a better arm and way more athletic.

Your porst is literally the opposite of the current trend which is swaying to dual threat. Even the elite "pocket passers" like Lawrence and Herbert can move extremely well.
You can’t say that lol. Kyler has to go to the right team/coach/scheme. There’s no question on his arm. It’s plenty good enough. But how Wilson manipulates the pocket to find throwing lanes is nothing short of remarkable. Only person close or better is brees Now kyler is listed 5’9/5”10....brees is listed 6”0/6”1...Russell is listed 5”11/6”0 will that full inch make that much of a difference, we’ll see. But like I said Russell/brees has that special nitch to find those throwing lanes. That’s what kylers biggest hurdle will be. I wouldn’t bet against the cat tho. Kid was arguably the best Player in Hs Texas football history and tore it up in college too

Murray isn't even close to being the best player in Texas HS history. He may not even be the best QB to come from the state, much less the best overall player. Eric ****erson, Earl Campbell, and Adrian Peterson were three extremely productive players that looked like men among boys in Texas. That's saying something.

I’m just talking what they did in Hs not who they became in college/pros

No lie when someone told me kyler was the best Texas HS player of all time I was skeptical too and started naming guys..till I did some research http://texashsfootball.com/roundtable-discussion-best-texas-high-school-football-player-time/

A lot of ppl in Texas have said it

Where is Haskins slated to go? I absolutely think he has a better career than Murray IF he goes to a team that is still in the throwback mold of an offense geared toward an essentially immobile QB (Steelers, Pats etc).

I probably trade the pick or try to get value later on a guy like Lock though if you're looking for a franchise QB.
I'm in the minority but I like Lock the best.
