Obviously but it will be interesting to see if they have their SoFla presence with WRs (or elite WRs in general) as they've always done. Their main bagman (Bailey) is still on there staff.

Nah, not at USF. But he will increase their recruiting, which they need more than anything now. Remains to be seen how good he is actually coaching as a HC.

USF would take many years of success and fan growth to even be in the same conversation as Miami when it comes to attractiveness to a major conference
