Isn’t this for players who are seniors or have declared for the draft? Did I miss something where he said he isn’t coming back next year? Thought he was a junior this year.

He's a Senior.

They'll be handing out invites to all eligible Seniors. They can't guess which Seniors are going to take the free year - ones that are invited to these Bowls probably will leave.
