Hard Rock

The difference is that you have options for a Heat game. You can park somewhere far away and hop on the Brightline, Metrorail, or Metromover and never sit in traffic. You can also Uber and it isn't too painful if you walk a few blocks away from the arena. Driving is the only option at Hard Rock.
you can uber it to HRS. you can also take the brightline to aventura and take the HRS express shuttle to the stadium. i just took care of every option for you.

the traffic getting out of the AAA is horrendous now with the road closures. HRS is pretty easy to get in and out. i was home and in bed by 1247 saturday after the game. it took me maybe 20 min to get home.

Just curious, it seemed very loud when we were on offense on TV. What was up with that?
Surprising amount of gator fans. Most opponent fans I ever seen there, even more than the 2013 game when they said it was gonna be 50/50 and we laughed and didnt happen. Impressive them supporting that crap they put on field, glad to send them home quiet.

What's with our fans doing the silly "tomahawk chop'. I hate hearing that. It is the FSU chant or Atlanta Braves chant. NOT OURS!

The worst part of big games at Hard Rock, the parking is a total cluster, even if you have prepaid parking. The cops seen clueless, and the parking attendants looked bewildered. I had friends, that left the stadium with tickets in hand, and prepaid parking.
The F1 Renovations have really ****ed it up beyond all repair.

The Yellow Lot is a travesty

No complaints about The Rock.

But gimme The OB all day no matter how shltty it was.
The Original Orange Bowl is for memories from High School games, All Star games, College games, Home of the Canes 58 game home win streak, and where the Dolphins went undefeated. Torrential rain, mud, high crown, grass, metal reverberating as fans stomp, No Blockie parking, street food carts...100 dollar end zone admission that was for 2 adults and 3 "children under age 80"...

I had been going to many Orange Bowl games before I went to a stadium that was on campus..I wanted a beer.....

This also happened to me and I got to the stadium at 5pm. Not super early but it's not like I showed up 30 minutes before kickoff. I ended up having to park in yellow lot and walk over to a buddy's tailgate in orange lot. Talked to a few people that parked in orange lot....half of them had yellow lot tickets but security didn't check....friggin ridiculous.

Only other thing I'd say is this is not unique to Hard Rock. I had a friend at the game that grew up going to SEC games and he said this was nothing compared to SEC games.

Most of those small towns see 150k+ people all coming into a town with total population of like 60k at the same time, essentially doubling the towns size for a 24 hour period. Sometimes you're waiting 2 hours just to get out of town.
Yeah, I remember the one time I went to Tallahassee for a game, getting out was a total ****show.

I always go straight into the yellow lots -getting in and out is a breeze . The 1/4 mile walk is no big deal.
I do 95 to Ive's Dairy west past turnpike to the yellow lot on left. I'm out in 10 minutes even on busy games. It's a breeze.

This is something I've been complaining about for both Dolphins and Canes games for years. We have some of the dumbest fans in the world where they will start a chant and get loud when we're on offense. At one point Beck had to wave his hands to shut the F up. LOL

@No_Fly_Zone and I are always yelling at the ******* stadium, the ******* dj, and some of our fans to SHUT THE **** UP when we're about to have an important offensive play.

I love the general "carnival and party" atmosphere of the stadium of fans, but this part is a drawback.

Agree, in the time we’ve been playing games at Hard Rock I can’t remember a time with that high a ratio of opposing fans including ANY of the FSU games, that 2013 UF game, multiple ND games etc.

I’d speculate that a lot of Gator fans purchased tix before the season started because of the BS hype they were getting after last season. But I’ll give them some credit for showing up given the ****show they have at the moment.

This is where I've arrived as well. Still don't appreciate the seats right behind our bench being empty all game, or the endless close-ups of fans in the stands between every single play, but since the renovations it's a pretty cool venue and it can get pretty loud. The seats are far away from the field but at least you can stay dry while watching the game.
I believe the seats behind the bench are for faculty and UM administrators, etc. And those mfer’s are fly bye night fans. As an alumn, with season tix( thanks to my son),that’s bullS**t. I would force those cucks to show up or give them up. You work there, most are alumn. WTF are you thinking.
