The following may have already been posted:

Dolphins president Tom Garfinkel said on Instagram that the Hard Rock Stadium sod was removed Monday and will be replaced.

The field was resodded last week but chewed up during the University of Miami-Syracuse game on Saturday and was in bad shape for Sunday’s Dolphins-Jets game.

Though multiple players tripped and Michael Strahan called the field “not suitable” during Fox’s halftime show, the NFL told The Miami Herald on Sunday that “the field was tested both during the week and again [Sunday] morning, as per NFL policy, and was certified as in compliance with league standards.”

*If that field was/is compliant with NFL standards, then they have very, very, very low standards!

We gonna need that trash *** turf for that ND game the way they like to do cut and run the ball. It would help us big time.

Gamesmanship with the field is a longstanding tradition. A dome team like Syracuse was helpless in that mud. Likewise, I think a sloppy field hurts ND more than us. Run game won't be able to go with the bad footing. Our wrs have a lot more practice catching the football when it is rainy (thanks to not having an IPF). Use the field to your advantage.

I can't tell if you are a foreigner with English as a second language or mentally retarded. Or are you possibly a mentally ill homeless person using the internet at the public library? Trying to find a possible explanation for your inexplicable, nonsensical posts. What are you trying to say with your gif? Are you trying to say you are an overweight kid who gets picked on? Is this a cry for help?

won't go to turf, Ross wants major soccer events. Also, you haven't seen the fields up north in the NFL... they are 100x worse than what was played on sunday and saturday. Hopefully with both teams being away the new sod will have time to root and the rest of the season will be okay.

I feel like the grass last year was nice. Am I wrong about that?

I asked this in another thread and a guy confirmed that he went and watched footage from games last year and the field was in great condition. From what I've read around here was that last year we were using lamps on the grass and this year we haven't been. I'm sure the hurricane and high amount of rain we've had hasn't helped either.
