Harbaugh back to the NFL?

His people are putting it out there so he can get that money back that he lost when he signed his new extension last year.

The Dolphins problem isnt Flores, its Greer, he has blown the last two drafts, especially the 2020 draft.
The problem is Stephen Ross, and the Dolphins will never win jack **** with him around. He has delivered zero results because he doesn't have the first clue how to win at football.

What results has Brian Flores delivered? I don't hate the guy, but he's been here three years and we ain't made the playoffs.
I give Brian Flores a pass year 1 and call it a wash. The defences in year 2 and 3 are elite. He doesn’t lose the locker room. He just needs to fix the offence

I won't call year 2 elite, but they created turnovers.

I'd give him another year, but we've got to be better in '22.

I was joking. Unfortunately after writing it and reading it later I realized it wasn’t very funny.

OK, no problem, I was just a bit confused. We both post a lot, we both joke a lot. Not every joke is an out-of-the-park home run. Just keep swingin'!

The schedule was there this season - too easy not to be in the playoffs imo.

I'm in the camp that we should dump Tua and trade for Deshaun Watson and we'd immediately be a top 4 team in the AFC, but I know that's not a popular opinion to most, and I certainly understand why.

Even if you don't want Watson anywhere near South Florida due to his behavioral issues...Tua is f^cking trash and will get Flores fired because he is incapable of throwing anything other than a slant or a 5 yd out route. Part of it is due to the oline, but that didn't bother Fitz last season...he's got incurable happy feet and just isn't it.

That’s what’s weird about the NFL. You have these “scouting” nerds that often have never played, or coached in any way building these teams.

It’s what he’s done his whole career...

Comes in with insane hype, underachieves for years, finally makes one solid run, loses in the big game & then takes another job. He did it at Stanford to the 49ers & then from San Fran to Michigan.

I think he’s going to stay another year at Michigan, but he will definitely try to see if the Bears will give him a big contract once they fire Matt Nagy or if the Raiders will give him a 10 year $100mill contract like they did with Gruden.

Maybe, he might go to Denver if they fired Vic Fckin Fangio. Don’t think the Giants or Seahawks would want him.

Seahawks meeting with Harbaugh:

Flores is a good coach.

I believe hes just one/two years away.
I was an absolute Flores advocate after he won games late his first season with the worst roster in the NFL. Guys played hard. They honestly should have gone winless. Since then, it's been going downhill little by little.
- He has put together a terribly inexperienced and underwhelming coaching staff. Several guys were GAs and assistant position coaches before he hired them on staff. Good OCs don't appear to want to work with him. The 3-headed OC thing is laughable and can’t find routes more than 7 yards downfield. His OL coach is an embarassment. Listening to him in press conferences is just as cringy as watching his line block……another guy with no track record of developing guys, brought in to coach young guys. Flo’s own NE coach (Graham) bolted after the first season to coach with Judge Instead of him.
- He brought in his "own guys" from NE, like Van Noy, then cut them lose a year later. Puzzling.
- His staff and players are like a revolving door. Some is Grier but some is Flo. Whats the blueprint?
- His in-game use of timeouts and time management is awful at times.
- Player rotation is questionable.
- He handled the Tua thing horribly….last year with benchings, this year with Watson rumors. Even if he isn’t “your guy” or the guy you think can take that step, if he’s your starter you have to back him. How do you expect players to if you don’t?
- His defense this year only worked on backup or rookie QBs (except Lamar). It struggled against true starting NFL QBs who can throw the ball. Year 3 with a ton of draft capital and cap space thrown at it.

Flo is no-nonsense and players seem to respect him and play hard. Those traits I like. Maybe as a D-coordinator I’d really like him but as the HC, I have honestly been losing faith. The offense hasn’t progressed at all and the coaches on that side of the ball are suspect as ****. That lies directly on him. The win streak looked like a farce against the likes of Taylor, Flacco, Wilson, Glendon and Book. Playing Tennessee without Henry with playoffs on the line and they get smoked. All those draft picks and cap space lead to a middle of the pack team.

If you keep Flo you HAVE to dump Grier. Someone has to answer for this mess.

A lot of people like to **** on Harbaugh because he’s weird but he’s a very, very good coach IMO. When he inherited Michigan that place was a dumpster fire and he immediately restored them to competitive in the B1G. Not only was Michigan a dumpster fire, but Ohio State and Urban had a big head start on him and were becoming a national recruiting power instead of just a regional one. Michigan has no recruiting base the way Florida and Texas are for example. There are good recruits in Michigan, Ohio, and PA and NJ but you’re going to war for them with the entire rest of the B1G and then the elite national programs.

He got in at Michigan at a very difficult time. Not only was Michigan straight butt cheeks but he was immediately behind the ball with Ohio State with Urban there. Overall Harbaugh did a very good job at Michigan and if he leaves they will quickly return to the **** they were before he was there.

His record in the NFL is very good, and he’s a rarity that’s very good in college and NFL. He is a great option for several franchises looking to get it turned around such as Jacksonville, Oakland, and the New York Giants.

I have been saying all this for a while. I agree

If Harbaugh does jump I’d put my money on Les Miles eating grass at the 50 yd line every Saturday…They tried to get him once when he was at LSU and he turned them down.
He definitely won’t again and his biggest qualification of them all….HE’S A MICHIGAN MAN.

He’s long been overhyped but he’s better than several current NFL coaches.

Michigan is what it has always been: a place that you can win 10 games at but really really hard to win national championships.

The 2021 draft is obviously a hit....And a right away 1.

I dont know if he fully blown away the last 2...he has found something inthe last 2 but there is always a what the **** moment in Grier's drafts. Just cant draft OL worth a ****.. Also the worst next to drafting the bum from Oregon the de YEARS AGO was wasting the 1st rd pick on that terrible cb from Auburn. Kid even messes up when he plays special teams and wont ever start for us.

The guys i was expecting us to get when he drafted him makes my head explode.
