With all due respect to my man @djnellz bc I'm sure he makes some mean beef, I know a thing or two about brisket as well.

Full disclosure this from a couple of years ago. Brisket prices are are of control, I'm letting my dad cook this year.

That looks like heaven man. Good looking bark. I see that smoke ring peepin at me too. Looks tender. I used to do some Smokin. I just don’t have the time anymore. A few decent BBQ places in CT so I just pay for it now. If you feel like trying different places, there are some really good BBQ joints around the country on Goldbelly app that will deliver right to your door.

It's been so long since I've done brisket. Once the bbq shows got popular everybody decided to try it.
