It's 1218hrs where I am at. I am up playing some good music, mix of 70s, 80s and 90s music, all genres, just pulled the Brisket out the oven, falling apart like CAKE!!!!

I am thankful for life. God is good.

I'm thankful for youse guys as well. Sometimes yall don't know when I'm happy, sad, feeling up or down, youse mfers know how to put a smile on my face.

Happy thanksgiving brother! Oven baked brisket eh? I’ve never done oven, was gonna smoke one this year but doing two turkeys, pork belly burnt ends, A few racks of ribs, a ham and a tri-tip, that brisket looks though!! Happy thanksgiving to you and yours!!

The key is the brine, and your temp. I just snatched a wing flat, and maaannnn, it’s ready. Just gotta convince my wife tomorrow morning that it was for research purposes . She ain’t to keen on the idea of having a crippled bird being the centerpiece of our table.

No lie!! The brine is key when smoking! I usually spachcock the turkey and dry brine it the night before, juicy turkey and crispy skin!
