Happy Memorial Day - 2025

I know you have good intentions, but it is not a "happy" day. It is a day of remembrance to honor those who made the ultimate sacrifice. If you talk to anyone who lost a loved one or a fellow service member, it's not a "happy" day.

I apologize if I'm coming across like a ****, that's not my intention.
 
For those who don't know, which is going to be most of us, going forward, a 1 minute moment of silence is encouraged at 3 PM local time for those who have died in service.

So, you use your 274th post tearing up my Memorial Day greeting? This is why your alone at Christmas!

I took my 10 yr old daughter to our Arlington Memorial Cemetery to place flags at the headstone of every Veteran buried, in hopes that she will better understand the gravity of the Memorial Day holiday. She did good...

Hahaha. I try and make every post count. Not all of us can be kings of niche posting. At least I've been on this hellscape website since 2012 (I love it though). Haha.
