The Mad Stork would’ve been an AA in any era. I got to see him play one time but was 11 years old and really didn’t realize what I was watching.

Saw him as well live playing for the U, but I was pretty young. Definitely remember the Mad Stork in the NFL. All time great Cane, and I agree with other posters; would have been great in any era. 8 Pro Bowls

Sounds right. Bob was starting QB in 65 and 66 and left the Canes when he was drafted no. 1 by the NY Yankees before his senior year. Quit baseball a few years later.

Scored 3 TDs in 3 minutes vs Tulane.

Yup.

My 1L Moot Court partner was half-Cuban (mother), half-Irish (father). He had reddish blonde hair, blue eyes, fair skin (you'd probably remember him if I told you his name). We'd be somewhere and someone would say something in Spanish, assuming the white guys couldn't speak the language. Then he'd bust out a sarcastic response in perfect Spanish.
