Half the D starters

We do this **** on both sides of the ball, it's not a Diaz thing.

keep starting d on the field until someone taps their helmet and runs off saying they need a breather!

Asinine and robotic to continue doing it but this staph will never concede that they just aren't smart enough. Constantly out-thinking themselves.

It's eliminating the incentive to work hard and become a starter. The "everyone gets a turn" approach breeds complacency imo.

On paper, yeah, but not in the actual game. Smith came off the bench first. FYI.

Finley has been the starter since spring , then in fall. So I don’t get your point in this thread , on the depth chart smith is a backup to Finley FYI. Hence not a starter. Hence the point of the thread.

That’s kindve how this depth chart thing works.

Yeah i know - watch the beginning of the game. Smith was the first guy off the bench. He was covering the slot. I didn't see Finley in there for quite a while after that. My recollection.

Anyway, just clarifying a nuance.

All i could think of while watching the debacle. Why TF is Manny Diaz subbing so much??? Straight garbage. I didn't know we were playing freaking Oregon. Keep the **** starters in the game, sub the line for fresh legs. All the subbing causes is confusion.

I'm trying to remember a time that we purposely took Jon Vilma and DJ Williams off the field...just for the fvck of it.

Matter of fact, I'm trying to remember any time that we subbed this many players on the back-end. (DL I can understand)

WTF is the point of that?!

When did we ever sub out our stars? A night game, 1st of the season, in domed a/c stadium, why? Manny wants to be some wizard. Of course we see it on the offense too. Did Playmaker ever get taken out?

I like Manny as a person and I really want all of our coaches to be the best at their repspected positions but lately I've been kind of hoping he gets that head coaching offer and leaves. His schemes just seem to be so undisciplined with no gap integrity. Am I wrong about this? Some of you with a higher football IQ please let me know if I'm trippin and just need to be patient.

Yeah I can’t remember anything like that. It’s pretty crazy!

Some sad stuff all that substitutions. Its not like LSU is running some super tempo offense. Shaq probably would have aubible out of that blitz. So stupid man. Where is papa shaq
