If you want elite, just head to Reykjavik.

You want innovation? You want world class proven performance?

Miami needs to not think small, literally.

Competing at a local or state level is yesterday, with nationally not far behind.

Miami needs to beat other teams to a global search for talent.

Another example, until proven otherwise, never recruit a US-based punter again. Miami needs to own Aussie/NZ kicking academies from today on.

funny thing is, everyone has such short memories as to just how weak we were BEFORE Gus. BEFORE. I think they are doing a good job, from what I hear from inside the strength staff, from people who crossed over the last two regimes. Its night and day.

You 2 are exactly why I had to clarify in my OP.

Yes, Gus is better than Swasey.

Swasey was AWFUL. We went from AWFUL to NOT BAD/PRETTY GOOD when we hired Gus.

We need to hire an elite staff. Someone who makes our players tough as **** again (mentally as well as physically). We, as a team, are SOFT.

How much does Gus make? Y’all realize Bama pays their guy over a million dollars. We do t have money to get all these great elite coaches y’all want. That’s the problem and that’s why Bama and Clemson are running colleg football. They have money to burn for all spots on their staffs.

Some of you think Manny is going to keep Jony Boy Richt?!? Lmao...Manny will hire an OC and put the onus on him to suggest his position coach hires. Maybe he decides to keep 1 position coach on offense that the new OC will agree with.
