The amusing things is that others somehow don't all feel the same... Goes to show again people are incapable of differentiating one thing from another. Gunner stockton is a leader, he is a playmaker AND his ABILITIES to play the QUARTERBACK POSITION ARE COMPLETE ***... Dude is trash when it relates to being able to accurately throw the ball around on his route tree to his receivers.

And Georgia fans see no issue with Bobo because they're a decent team on offense, according to them.

They had a 4.3 speed tight end play almost exclusively as an inline blocker. The ****?
 
Georgia (in the Kirby era) doesn't scout or recruit great QB's.

Kirby specifically looks for Game managers. Their job is to play it safe & not turn the ball over. The Run game & the Defense carries it.

Something I've argued with people on here for years about. Yall always make me the villain, but there you have it, a former NFL All-Pro & borderline HOF'er saying the same thing...

Beck gets so much hate from people outside Miami and I still don't know why. He seems like a genuine guy, albeit a little quiet. But people HATE this dude lmao

Oh that’s easy… because prior to last season Georgia fans and Lane Kiffin both of which a large section of people were convinced knew wtf they were talking about let it be known that Beck was “***” and “dumb” Miami who dropped 3 of their last 4 overpaid for him while pointing and laughing.

Oh and he has a punchable face… I like Beck. I believe we got the best out of him based on his capabilities. Two things can be true… really good player for us but still has a punchable face.

And he had an influencer girlfriend who hooped, bought a Lambo while playing college ball, got it stolen… just living a life a bunch of neck bearded incels can’t tolerate. Hence the hate.
 
This is what I don’t understand about QBR ratings and why I don’t think they always accurately reflect on QB overall effectiveness or a team’s ability to win with a specific quarterback.

Nothing wrong with being a distributor, especially when you have a lot of talent around you, but GS’s percentage statistics and really, overall statistics, are padded by the fact that he throws so many passes behind the line of scrimmage and so few downfield.

Georgia has so much overall talent around him, though, that this type of quarterback can look good on paper, and be highly rated, but at the same time, you have someone who is not highly feared past the line of scrimmage.

I just think Georgia’s vulnerable that way and that a good team can defensively scheme well against a quarterback like this.

Which all ties into what @Memnon said about the type of offense and the type of quarterback that racist Kurby wants and fields.

Before him even playing for miami or taking his play on the field into account, the tide really turned for him when the social media aspect was added.. For some reason people REALLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLY dont want these kids making money, like they think the sport will be destroyed and they have some weird WWE like thing set up in their head, they want the players to be some "poor righteous teachers" who only get payment in "love for the game"..

So Beck being at an "SEC blueblood" who "plays the game the right way" literally shatters the mental prison these fans have where the players are maybe allowed to drive a beat up F150 and get a free meal and he giddily pulls up with a Lambo like wassup, Im getting paid, life is good..

There is more to it, but it starts there and him being a punching bag for all things wrong with NIL then the snapchat thing, unable to carry uga after losing bowers and everything being his fault even if they have drops, being seen as #1 pick after 1 year starting but then the play doesnt match, the cavinder twin dating thing, yada yada..

I think you’re right and what gets me is how hypocritical fans are given Smart was earning 13M+ while Beck made 3M. Bag money with the NCAA looking the other way made the rednecks obnoxiously arrogant. Now that they can’t keep up they hate the players not the corrupt leadership that was winning them championships.
