Agree that Jon and Searels must go ASAP. Then no promoting OC from within, if Brown or Dugans don’t like it then Sayonara. I believe this will give the fan base a lot more confidence that Manny is his own man and that this could work. I wouldn’t mind if he got rid of that CO-DC bs too and made Banda DC with him overseeing Banda and Patke LB coach. I don’t think Manny should be full time DC. He needs to focus on being the HC and learning on the job.

dude patke might be the better play caller to be honest.

I think they should hire a new OC from outside and let him decide who gets fired and who stays.

Honestly don’t know which is a better play caller but I’m not sure it makes a lot of sense to have 2 DB coaches and then an inexperienced guy as DC/LB. I realize that’s what we had before Patke but Manny was an experienced DC.

Manny cares more about winning. He’s a competitor. He’s obsessed with winning. With the exception of his family he’s oblivious to everything else around him. I have more faith in him to make the right hires because of his obsession with winning. However, I’m concerned how much influence Richt had in him landing the job and If that influence along with Flake’s will affect Manny’s personnel decisions.
 
hes not going to succeed here too much pressure and he doesnt recruit, now all of a sudden u got posters saying this dude is going to recruit when he didnt do it before......bad lazy hire
