What a breath of fresh air it is to watch a synced up staff work and communicate on Defense

We’ve seen a lot of dysfunction, and know what that looks like, it’s fun to see the other end of the spectrum

I really hope we can keep as many of these guys as possible on staff. Our defensive staff appears to be top notch dudes all around. Offense no slouch but we have some bright minds on defense.
