PFF currently has Miami graded as the #1 overall team in FBS, including the #3 overall offense (#5 graded passing attack and #3 graded rushing attack).

Miami’s defense is graded #26 overall, and have the #2 graded rush defense and #4 graded pass rush in the nation. Despite the pass rush, they’ve had issues in pass coverage, as they’re graded #78 in that category (133 FBS teams).

Yes on some of them, but read through some of the other threads. Also they seem to really hate our fans. Kinda weird IMHO, because we've never had a rivalry with GT or anything like that.

I noticed that as well. Lots of “they have the most obnoxious fans in the ACC”.
I will say that having gone to Tech games including UM last season,Tech has some pretty apathetic fans. Most are frankly not that interested in the game. The students didn’t come to Tech for sports and many don’t really understand the rules as they are foreign born The alumni pine for days of past glory but have no interest in doing anything to make it happen.
So maybe fans that actually care come off to the Tech crowd as obnoxious.

I think our defense will do better than that this week.

However nest week, against UNC, we will need to play the clock against them and run the ball. Their run defense is not very good at all, and we absolutely need to take advantage of that on the road. Also, Maye is extremely efficient, so any kind of pressure that we can get on him would be nice, and I would love to have at least an INT or 2 in that game.

Yeah I agree with that. One of them said no there that they "broke us" when they beat our #3 team back in 2005. Little do they know our team was already broken well before that. Also, gotta suck to be in a state where you're clearly the little brother and it isn't close.

Without saying it, Tech has accepted becoming a STEM version of Vandy. Great academics, and sports are a nice diversion or thing to do.
On a personal note I really like that the academics are so strong because my son is a student. He also recently joined the Data Analytics club which will be working with the basketball team. But even with that it’s increasingly hard to pretend like the Tech admin cares about sports.

Ours fans hate our fans..... but we expect other fans to love us...
