Paul Johnson is a winner.
He's just less of a corch than Golden. Dude has a 1-3 record against Al Golden. Let that sink in.
That's only because they know how to defend his triple option due to playing Navy while at Temple. They just **** the bed last year and corch Johnson ran circles around them.
I agree with duke4heisman. In fairness, Golden and company have usually done a good job defending the flexbone offense. (I'll gladly elaborate on my thoughts should anyone want to hear them)
Cwoy2j, I stand by my statement. Paul Johnson is a winner. He is a great coach. He is an innovator within the flexbone school of thought. He was a winner at Georgia Southern; he was a winner at Navy; and he has been a winner at GT. It's really, really hard to argue with winning. Take a few moments to research his career--I guarantee your thoughts on him will change.
