- since the turnover chain year, teams have figured out that if you limit explosive plays and don't turn the ball over, Miami is not well coached enough to play a fundamentally sound football game and will implode. Yes this applies to many teams but the good ones can compete in clean games, Miami cant.

- As long as there's a culture in Miami that players who are boneheaded stay in games, this will be a mistake prone, fundamentally poor team, its human nature, if you think you are safe, you will not be on point, and if your leaders are given passes for being dipshyts then it will just trickle down. This just kills the spirit of competition in the team

- this point segwe's to the fact that I was wondering who was the last freshman to be great at Miami, they just dont play and definitely not enough to have great seasons like many do at the elite/good programs.

- How the ***** is Will Mallory and/or Arroyo not a red zone phenom

- What happened to the SMU days of lashlee where any time a receiver was 1 on 1 they had the back shoulder go route nailed down

- how has breshard smith not been given a reverse, bubble, anything to showcase his playmaking skills

- Its an on going epidemic throughout every level of football, unqualified idiots who have none to limited football playing experience think that the X's and O's out weigh the Jimmy's and Joe's and they are dead ***king wrong and there is a lot of bad football going around due to misuse of personnel and badly coached teams

On Diaz’s media address yesterday, he spoke of the 3 things that lead to unsuccessful plays for this team and all of them involved player mistakes or deficiencies in execution. He did not and does not even fathom that anything fallible can possibly come from his coaching or coaching staff. They are totally infallible and unaccountable. He spoke pre snap alignment, leverage, and execution as if these things are not the responsibility of coaching as well. Very very frustrating stuff to witness. Smartest dude in the room.

So the problem especially on defense is that players aren’t doing what they ask them to do, but they continue to play those same said players. And somehow that’s not their fault either.

Ahmmon Richards broke the freshmen receiving record.

Brevin Jordan was the 2nd leading receiver on the team his true freshman year.

Some of you guys are truly insufferable.

OP has good points, however, besides piling on to this nonsense that every other program has phenom true freshmen in week 1 and we have Day 1 NFL picks who never play.
