In my memory I never saw a Cane light up an opponent more so than

Edgerrin James' wrecking crew 39 carry 299 yards in our upset 49-45 win versus national champion contender #3 UCLA in 1998.

Warren Sapp versus almost EVERYTEAM he played against .....especially Nebraska in the 1995 Orange Bowl

Tiger Clark vs Notre Dame ‘89 or ‘90 in the Orange Bowl. The announcers said he needed to post 10+ tackles in the game and he had about 16. He was all over the place. It was the single performance that made me a Canes fan for life at 10 years of age and from Cleveland, OH. When my dad went to the bathroom and left the remote on his recliner, I grabbed it and began to surf the channels when I stumbled upon that game and saw this black man with huge shoulder pads, he looked like a Giant to me. When they said he needed 10+ tackles for his team to win, it intrigued me and I watched the entire game to see if he could pull it off. My brothers told me dad to make me turn the station, but he saw my interest and passion, and allowed me to continue watching. Glad he did.

ST...rain game of course. He willed us to victory. He was a human barricade or huge roadblock for FSU. They literal couldn’t get pass him.

I also recall a FSU game in the mid 2000’s where Antrel Rolle completely dominated by blitzing and in coverage. He channeled ST (who was in the league) in that game.

#26 in the Soak at the Doak was pretty epic.

Don't know how I forgot about that one.

Yeah, I know, it's weird that the QB with the best single-game numbers in UM history is Morris instead of one of the greats that have come through the program.

And he torched NFL CB David Amerson all game long, too.
