Who is the GOAT coRch in Miami football history?

As in the best corch or the worst?

Best of the worst, give me Coker.

Worst of the the three, Golden.
 
Miami's only had football for 20 years? I hope the title of the poll was only an oversight or may God have mercy on your soul.
 
If Richt is on the list after 8 games, Butch and Howard would have been on a similar lists as well.
 
What about greatest (as in most awful) PoRst in the history of canesinsight?

Coker was given an Aston Martin, never changed the oil, and ground the vehicle into dust.

Shannon replaced the broken parts with 1985 Toyota Camry parts and duct tape.

Golden took that car (which still drove) and exchanged it for a Chrysler LeBaron with four flat tires and a toaster oven for a radiator.


With that in mind, Golden left us with the ****tiest roster, but Coker did the most damage (he had the higher starting point and thus the higher potential for damage).

Something tells me that if Shannon or Golden inherited the same situation they'd have crashed the program even worse. Those 2 (especially Golden) probably would not have won the 2001 title either.

Coker was the WOAT.

He had the keys to a ferrari and traded it in for a Rav 4.

It's a **** shame what Coker did, but Golden's almost otherworldly awfulness takes the cake.
 
Golden.... He let ND in 2012 run a 10-11 play drive in which the commentators said they are running the same hb dive and are avg 6-7 yards a carry. Golden didn't change the defense no blitz and still had the lbs play 8 yards off the Los. That right there showed me he was crap. A half back dive?
