Using Google Chrome, it also blocks a message re: push notifications.

Now they decided to move it to the top of the page so when you scroll down it blocks the top messages. Whoever is doing this is not very good at this and should quit asap.

They put it at the top so when you scroll down it blocks the top of the page. About an inch
