We have missed out on the sons of Ruben Carter, Don Latimer, Tony Raiola, Tony Cline, Matt Patchan, Earl Little, Chud Wilson, etc. The best legacy who played at UM was probably Anthony Chickillo or Al Blades in recent times and maybe Gary Dunn (All-Time) with George Mira Jr second? No on the sons of Ray Lewis (RIP to son), VinnyT, Irvin, and others. Brett Perriman's son was a good one at UCF who we could have used but unsure if we recruited him.

Wise was a massive priority for Oregon

Correct, he is a young coach. I believe Mario hired him as a GA at Oregon. I think he spent a few years with Mario at Oregon. No way Oregon should be ahead of Miami with him. He didn't pick Clemson for NIL money.

How many other college football teams have 4 legacies on their Defense?
we have Tolbert Bain's nephew
Selwyn Browns son
Willie Smith's Son
Booker Picketts Son

And **** Moten might as well be a legacy, his brother Anthony played here a decade ago

yea Moten is a legacy as well....

Your also forgetting Rod Macks son is on that defense.

Its just a sight to see that our alumni are so good that we have this amount of eligible legacy recruits.

No I’ve never followed this thing you call “recruiting”. Can you answer the original question of how many other teams currently have 5 legacies and how common that is???

Do you follow other teams religiously as this one? No and neither do I… I’m not going to explain to you how we’ve struggled to keep legacy’s here. The best one Bain we should be thankful Mario was here because he wouldn’t have been here.
