It's easy to get down because we didn't appear to close strong and the class simply isn't highly rated by the recruiting sites. But when you look at the offer lists for the signees this looks like the best class we have signed in years. 14 on the 18 kids we singed have at least one offer from an elite program, and almost all of those have offers from more than one top ten program. That hasn't been happening. We have had a lot more "fat" in other classes. And we still have been putting players in the NFL. Even when you look at the four kids at the bottom of the class, outside of Edge' nephew, they have offers from schools like USCe, Louisville, VT, Iowa, and Ole Miss. Hardly huge reaches. The class wasn't big on numbers, and the CB situation is pretty dire, but there's more talent here then what you'd guess based on the class rankings.
