He had a top tier NIL and wasn’t exactly producing in line with it. He wasn’t going to get paid more anywhere else. Im optimistic he leaves here a high draft pick and an impact player next year
None of those guys made in all the years combined what Samson made in 1 year. I said Samson stuck around because no one was going to pay him what he was getting from us. Even if someone else was offering a starting job it was highly doubtful it would pay what he got here.
