My parents came into town and took me and my kids to dinner after I got off work. And I also got a great night of sleep after playing through a few hours of Red Dead 2.

Just kidding.

I'm getting much love for being a CMR "slurper" and I just don't get it. My number 1 contention is bad QB play/injuries has destroyed the offense. After the game last night I just don't see how anyone can effectively argue to the contrary?

Our QB's are immature, head cases, oft-suspended, **** stars and the only one with his head on straight simply ain't that good.

We are all ****ed but come on just admit the QB position is the issue.

The first int effectively ended this football game. Everybody gave up and that's on the coach but could you imagine trying to motivate the rest of the team knowing who would have the ball in his hands every offensive snap?

Brutal.

it is year THREE. is QB a major issue? YES

Who's fault is that????????????????????????????

We will never know what the playcalling was supposed to look like last night because after the first pass everybody knew you couldn't count on the QB to do anything. Playcalling is a symptom bad qb play is clearly the disease.
Using this logic, no coach would ever be held accountable. Sure I called a run play on 3rd and 26, but if the RB had executed better, it would've been a first down.

You are correct in saying the QB development and play is awful and a contributor to the loss. It is one aspect of a program that is in disarray. I was at the game, the outcome was obvious to me from warmups. One team acted like they really were happy to be there. Of course, by the time Rosy got the ball and threw his first pick, the game was essentially over. The opening kick went out of bounds (special teams) and Wisky drove the length of the field for a score (defense). You seem like an intelligent fella, smart enough to recognize with a performance like last night that the team just flat out got worn out and quit on Richt.

Mike, the Board paid Richt $4M per annum per year to coach this team.

One aspect is quarterback recruiting and development. It’s rather obvious that stopped during Kaaya’s last year.

That’s on Richt. Not on the FCS qb’s he couldn’t develop.
