Good News on Allison per Herald....

If Alison was going to leave he would have decommited as soon as Golden got fired. He probably wanted too but his dad told him to chill. As an early enrolle and a QB he needs to know about the coach sooner rather then later.
 
You guys realize that these kids were 1-2 years old when butch coached the canes. His most recent coaching performance was being a .500 team in the ACC. I don't think his name means anything to these recruits. I think the butch hire would be another living in the past moment for UM. He would be better than Golden but not what we need now.

I would agree if ESPN hadn't aired the U Part 2. These kids were blowing up Twitter about that movie, and Butch was essentially the star. His name may not mean much to some random kid from NJ or TX but I think in Florida and Louisiana (Because of Ed Reed) Butch's name still holds weight. Now if he came here and won again his name would hold weight in NJ, TX, and the rest of the country.
 
Justin Fuente seems to be doing well with a tall, pro-style QB, from Florida running his team ...

I agree but we still dk how Butch will respond to how recruiting is now because its solo different even from his UNC days

Not denying that. I love Butch but the kids dk him now and most likely they SK that he coached UNC either. If we got Herman's or another coach most likely he'll know talent too. Ijs it shouldn'tbe Butch or bust
