Good Game "Good" Loss

This is one game that I won't kill Golden for. The team fought hard the entire game, but came up short.
My biggest take-aways:
1) Our Oline really sucks.
2) Not having Chad, Aqm, and Norton starting and playing every down is why this coach should be fired
3) Coley finally called a complete game.

You wanna know my biggest take-away?

There's no such thing as a good loss. WE LOST THE **** GAME AND THAT'S ALL THAT MATTERS.
 
this was a bad loss. miami should've gotten blown out instead of keeping it close and making folden look somewhat competent.

How you lose matters. They came out in the second half and fought hard. This team is scrappy and I respect that about them. It gives me hope for a quick turn around once we get a real coach.

Did you see how dejected the players were after the game? They gave their all and spent everything they had and STILL LOST AGAIN to FSU. Collapse will ensue...bring on Clemson, Duke, Pitt, etc.

This mentality has killed this program. Freakin 5th year and folks still talking bout moral victories.

this was my exact sentiment after the FSU game last year...we know how the rest of the season played out.

expect more of the same this season.

This. It's been a ******* half a decade. What we see now is what an Al Golden team is. Which is what he had at Temple; mediocre team that achieves moral victories.

Only the talent here is for much more. I'm so tired of it. Bad fit, thanks for the fundraising now GTFO.

Agree with the haters here. Had we not looked completely inept on defense in the first half we would have won this game. Even on offense we were a disorganized mess.You cant spot FSU in trailerhassee a whole half and expect to win. This team has always figured out a way to lose the big game. Lowly BC limited Cook to under 60 yds. FSU at the end basically said lineup and stop Cook and we couldnt.
 
What type of cheeseburger were we tonight? We looked like we were left out a little too long.

Some of it is truly a talent issue. Our offense looked a mess because their dline is pretty good and our oline is pretty bad. On the opposite side, I thin it was a mix of talent and coaching, but both improved in the 2nd half. There are plenty of reasons to fire Golden, yesterday wasn't one of them. I enjoyed the game, I enjoyed watching our boys fight. Fvck all you mopes.
