My good friend, Alex had passed away at age of 34 with a heart attack on Sunday morning. He and his wife just had a baby boy 2 months ago. I met Alex at The U when we were both students 15 years ago. He was a big time Miami fan since birth thanks to his dad who is from Miami. I talked to him almost daily to talk about Miami football, recruiting, and life. Me following recruiting updates and talking about the games won’t be the same without him around.

I am posting this because I am asking the cane family to help his wife and 2 month old son after this tragic death. The link is below and any amount and support is very much appreciated. Gut wrenching! Absolutely tragic! A heart attack at 34???!!!!! His life was just beginning. My heart goes out to his family and friends especially his widow and newborn son. I pray for the Lord to protect and watch over them in this unbearably difficult time.
