Some of you have completely of the deep end. CMR can be a great coach if he goes back to be an executive and not hands on coach and turns those responsibilities over to a competitive offensive coordinator.

Butch Davis Coached players = 27 1st rounders & 4 soon to be HOFers
Mark Richt Coached players =11 1st rounders & No HOFers (in double the time)..............NEXT.......

Well thank God for all of those 1st rounders , Butch wouldnt have made it above .500 wins without em :toad:

Honoring Malek Young and Ahmon Richard's scholarship after career ending injuries.

The principles for being a successful major college football coach are the same as they are in business or in life in general.

The key is being able to MAKE GOOD DECISIONS. Great coaches make great decisions !

In last year's Natl Champ game, changing his QB at halftime was an example of a great coaching decision by Saban and Bama won.

Please give an example of even ONE good coaching decision made by Mork Richt in his entire coaching career. Or has he skated along and won games just by having good talent.

Pretty simple for Richt.

Do you want to be remembered for being the guy who was too stubborn and nice to be a great coach, or do you want to start throwing a monkey wrench into the established norm.

Start doing **** different, no matter how uncomfortable. You can ******* lead...get an OC...be a **** head coach. This isn't the 90s F$U crap...get over yourself, be great.

Idk about good decisions, but his worst decision was having Mark Helfrich in his office and letting him leave w/o a job as OC.

Leaving Kosi in vs FSU. If Malik comes out after the half in the huddle, Miami loses against FSU. Richt is a good coach. Is he a great coach? No. A good coach? Yes. But good coaches don’t win titles anymore.

This was only a good decision cause it worked and they won, if they would've lost people would've said that's so stupid you put a freshman in the champ game blah blah blah
You didn't hear about what Tua was doing to the first string defense all year during practice?

I don't think ya'll understand what I'm saying....if it didn't work nobody would say yeah such a great decision...all decisions look great if they work and team wins....it's like going for it on 4th down if the team converts it's a great decision aggresive play calling...if you fail it's why didn't you just take the points or whatever

It was going to workout when Saban put Tua in.
