Despite how upset I was during the game, it was actually a little bit funny watching him spot the open field, me thinking he has lots of room to run, then he takes off with confidence only to be dragged down 2 yards later

I like Nickel, he's from my hometown and hope he can develop into a quality QB for us, but he ain't ready yet.

One more season. He should be ready by the Fall of 2027.
Though I hope he makes waves next season.

Our players dont pass players off in zone? Dude is standing in between two guys and none check him or anything.. Its like we didnt have a single guy on field know he is their passing offense and caught 20+ passes and over 300 yards last two games..

U got to be on point to pass players off in zone, also u got to have the horses. With that being said if they just tackle Louisville puts up a max of 16pts. The tackling was atrocious. Both of Bells tds were bc of the YAC which he could have been tackled earlier.

I think in his mind he think he's shiftier than he actually is. As a straight line runner he can be effective but he loves to cut back into the defense instead of keeping his line. Chances are he's caught anyway but he has a better shot than what he's been doing.

his best (potentially only) good trait is blitzing or going straight forward, which is fine but I agree he's a liability in space and is in the wrong position a lot
